Safety instructions

Warning

The nature surrounding us is magnificent but remains wild and sometimes turns angry. The torrent that runs alongside the campground below can flood (although this is exceptionally rare).

Evacuation: how to behave

In the event of danger, an audible alarm will be activated. You must then evacuate immediately and head on foot to the assembly point (at the car park in front of the restaurant) by following the route shown on the map above and the signage present in the campground. A few rules must be strictly observed:

– Leave your personal belongings (vehicles, tents, objects, etc.) and do not turn back
– Stay calm (the campground team is by your side to assist you if needed)
– Follow the instructions communicated by the campground team or the municipality

On arrival, take a few minutes to identify the evacuation routes near your pitch. If you are a person with reduced mobility, elderly, or have difficulty evacuating quickly, please notify the reception upon arrival, so that the team can organise your assistance in the event of an evacuation.

Fire risk

Fire extinguishers are placed at several strategic locations to ensure your safety. Fire and gas-leak detection and alert systems are installed in the restaurant, the chalets, as well as in the dining room / kitchen area.
